Craigcrook Castle Care Home Planning Approval

We were far from intrepid in taking instruction to apply for planning permission for a sixty bedroom care home.

It was proposed an a greenbelt site the landscape setting this Category A listed Craigcrook Castle. Furthermore, the previous architects had just had a proposal resolutely refused through planning at full committee. We worked closely with Phil Pritchett Planning Consultant in radically reviewing this sensitive site in its historic setting.

A year later we are delighted to advise our client their proposed care home was supported through CEC planning and today approved at Full Planning Committee.
