The marketing suite at St Andrews Court will be open Monday to Fridays from 2pm until 4pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm until 4pm.

Our sales team of Bernie, Caitriana and Philip will be on hand to discuss all individual apartments and respond to any matters of interest.

New Projects Currently in Developement

At present we are involved in several diversely interesting projects including four new build houses, two major refurbishments as well as several town house projects in Saxe Coburg, Ainslie Place and Ann Street.

DUBLIN MEWS is a seven flat mews development located in Dublin Meuse in the heart of the New Town and due for completion September 2011. The project is well established on site and is receiving considerable pre sales interest. This is a joint venture development with Playfair Properties Ltd and overseas investors. The cgi images have been prepared to assist the sale of properties.

ST ANDREWS COURT, GULLANE is an ‘A’ Listed derelict hotel which has been purchased by Playfair Properties Ltd for conversion into 14 flats with 2 self contained houses to the rear. Planning is close to being approved with a site start due in July 2011 over an 18 month phased programme of work.

NEW VILLA MURRAYFIELD

McNeil House is due to start on site in June for completion March 2012. A 5000ftsq family house set in a large garden fue in this prime Edinburgh location.

GOODTREES

The major refurbishment of a 6000ftsq ‘B’ Listed Arts & Crafts styled villa in the heart of Murrayfield with new garden room and utility extensions flanking each side with new driveway and garaging. Due to start on site June 2011 for completion March 2012.

ASTOR PARK, ELIE

We have just had proposals consented for a new 4000ftsq villa on Links Road, and to our astonishment, with no objections. A first for Elie! This house is designed to create bright attractive aspects over the links golf course. Due to start on site September 2011 for completion July 2012.

WOODHALL HOUSE

An extraordinary ‘A’ Listed 16th Century mansion house located in Colinton. We have successfully steered this through a contentious planning process with approval for a full refurbishment and contemporary elevated garden room extension to the rear.

HOME EXTENSIONS

We are working through various villa improvements and extensions in Aberfeldy, Dick Place, Barnton Park, Barnton Avenue, and Murrayfield.
